We truly understand how important pets are to our residents, that is why your pets are welcome to join our community at The Life at Harrison Trails. The fees we charge help provide and maintain a pet-friendly community for these furry four-legged companions to enjoy. Exotic pet species are not permitted. Please contact our Leasing Team to find out more details about our pet policy, restricted breeds, and any required fees.

  • $300 one-time pet fee (non-refundable)/ per pet
  • $25 monthly pet rent/ per pet
  • Maximum 2 pets allowed
  • Weight limit of 55 lbs./ per pet
  • Aggressive breeds are strictly prohibited

NOTE: Specific animal, breed, age, weight restrictions, pet rules, and pet deposits will not apply to households having a qualified service/assistance animal(s).
